One of our solicitor clients, who is currently a salaried partner of a London W1 firm, is looking for a new position, preferably in a London law firm where her skills and expertise can be fully utilised.

She is aged 50, was admitted in 1991 and has worked for the past 15 years in Central London practices, prior to which she worked in the building society industry.

Her areas of skill and work experience include High Court and County Court litigation (as well as Employment Tribunals) for private and corporate clients, including large and small contractual disputes, tort/negligence claims (including professional negligence), protection of intellectual property rights, insolvency, employment, commercial and residential landlord & tenant (contentious and non-contentious), some EC, environmental and entertainment law, sports & leisure law, arbitration and mediation.

Many cases involved injunctions, in particular freezing injunctions and search orders. She is fluent in one foreign language, and has a working knowledge of others.
