High Street Solicitors Practice for Sale - North West London

We are delighted to have been retained by a two Partner Solicitors' Practice in North West London that has been operating in the same area for over 20 years. Both Partners are considering developing their other business interests but would be like to remain with the Practice as Consultants to smooth a transition and to bring new business on terms to be agreed.

Turnover for the current financial year is approximately £550,000 and is made up of Residential Conveyancing [38%], Employment [3%], Wills/Trust/Probate [4%], Commercial Property [21%], Commercial Litigation [10%] General Commercial [14%] and Criminal [10%]. They also hold around 400 Wills and hundreds of Deeds.

Apart from the two Partners, there are four full time equivalent fee earners and 5 full time equivalent support staff.

The Firm's leased offices face on to a busy road with close proximity to the A5, the A41 as well as being a few minutes walk from two London Underground and Network Railway Stations. The passing rent is approximately £30,000 and although the lease expires in 2008, there is security of tenure.

This is an unusual Practice not only because of the high volume of quality Company/Commercial, Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation work handled, but also because of a strong association the Practice has with a Mayfair connection.
