We are delighted to have been retained by a long established two Partner Solicitors’ Practice in an affluent North London suburb who, for genuine reasons, are looking to sell their Practice as a going concern. At least one of the Partners would be prepared to remain with the Practice to smooth a transition.

Turnover for the current financial year was approximately £575,000 and was made up of Residential Conveyancing [53%], Employment [3%], Wills/Trust/Probate [10%], Matrimonial [4%], Personal Injury [3%], Commercial Property [16%], General Litigation [9%] and 2% miscellaneous non-litigious matters. They also hold around 1,000 wills and about 750 Deeds.

Apart from the two Partners, there is one other full time Solicitor, 1½ full time equivalent Consultants and 5½ full time equivalent support staff.

The Firm’s leased offices, which comprise approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of usable office space, face on to the main road through a very busy but very pleasant North London suburb, close to the A1, the M1, the A406 and an underground tube station.
