We are delighted to have been retained by a Solicitors’ Practice based in a beautiful Oxfordshire Village.

Turnover for the financial year to October 2006 was £136,000 and was made up of Residential Conveyancing [92%], Wills/Trust/Probate [6%] and Commercial Property [2%].

The Practice occupies about 500 sq. ft. of office space in the heart of this village, and although it is within a short drive to major commercial towns such Banbury, Oxford, Witney, Abingdon and Wantage, there are no other Solicitors’ Practices in the immediate vicinity. However, the Client base comes from a wide geographical area and their professionally marketed web site continues to generate a regular supply of new enquiries.

The Principal is looking to sell the Firm as a going concern for health reasons but might be prepared to stay on a consultant for short while to smooth a transition.

There are no other fee earners apart from the Principal, but there are 1½ full time equivalent support staff.
