We are delighted to have been retained by a two Partner Solicitors’ Practice based in the “EN” postcode area of Middlesex. The Partners are interested in selling the Practice as a going concern, although both would be willing to remain with the Practice as Consultant to smooth a transition.

Turnover for the current financial year is around £637,000 and is made up approximately of Residential Conveyancing (20%), Commercial Conveyancing (41%), Wills/Trust/Probate (2½%), Matrimonial (9½%), Commercial Litigation (12%), Commercial Employment (2%), Personal Injury (1%) and miscellaneous (12%) .

The Firm does not hold any legal aid franchises.

This Practice, is based in the main street of an affluent North Middlesex town that just undergone a major regeneration, has a growing residential environment with potential to target the expanding light industrial/commercial commercial client base as well as the high net worth residents of the surrounding areas.

Apart from the two Partners, there is one other full time fee earner and 3½ full time equivalent support staff.

There are also about 700 Wills and a further 760 packets of Deeds.

The family of one of the Partners owns the freehold of the office premises which would be available for leasing.
