Turnover for the current financial year is predicted to be around £225,000 and is made up approximately of Residential Conveyancing (58%), Commercial Conveyancing (11%), Wills/Trust/Probate (20%), Matrimonial (1%), Debt Collection (1%), Personal Injury (3%) and miscellaneous (6%) .

The Firm does not hold any legal aid franchises.

This Practice, which is based in an affluent North Wales market town, has a growing residential environment with potential to target the expanding light industrial and agricultural market place.

Apart from the Principal, there are 1½ full time equivalent fee earners and 1½ full time equivalent support staff.

There are also hundreds of Wills and packets of Deeds.

The Principal owns the freehold of the Practice and also the freehold of an adjacent two bedroom cottage, both of which would be available for expansion, leasing or sale.
