We are delighted to have been retained by a Sole Practitioner Solicitors’ Practice with offices in the “GU” postcode area of North East Hampshire. The Principal is interested in selling the Practice as a going concern due to family relocation, but would be willing to remain with the Practice as a Consultant for a short while to smooth a transition.

Turnover for the current financial year is approaching £300K and is made up approximately of Wills/Trust/Probate (25%), Matrimonial and Children (75%).

The Firm does not hold any legal aid franchises.

There are no other fee earners but there is one secretary/receptionist.

The leased offices of 930 sq. ft. are based just off a busy main road above a small parade of shops with close proximity to Wokingham, Camberley, Reading and Basingstoke with excellent connections to the M4, M3 and M25 motorway network.

This firm is recently established, having been set up in 2002, but is based in a high net worth area with thousands of local residents and a growing number of industrial estates and commercial outlets. There is huge potential to develop this practice to incorporate other areas of law, such as residential and commercial property, employment and general commercial work, which the principal is currently turning away and referring to other Solicitors.
