Multi Site Solicitors Practice for Sale in the MidlandsWe are delighted to have been retained by a multi office Solicitors’ Practice based in the Midlands who are interested in selling the Practice as a going concern. The Partners may be willing to remain with the Practice to smooth a transition.Turnover for the previous financial year is around £1,800,000 and is made up approximately of Residential Conveyancing (42%), General Commercial (5%), Wills/Trust/Probate (14%), Matrimonial/Family (25%), Civil Litigation (2%) and Personal Injury (10%). The Firm holds a legal aid franchise for family, matrimonial and children. This Practice also owns the freehold of their various offices which would be available for sale or lease. All of their offices are within a close radius of each other. Apart from the Partners, there are currently 12 full time equivalent fee earners and approximately 30 support staff. There are also about 12,000 – 14,000 Wills and a further 8,000 – 9,000 packets of Deeds. |
