We are delighted to have been retained by a Sole Practitioner based in London, N10, who is interested in selling the Practice as a going concern due to approaching retirement although the Principal might be prepared to remain after disposal to smooth a transition.

Turnover for the current year is £114,000 and was made up approximately of Residential Conveyancing (42%), Wills/Trust/Probate (46%), Landlord + Tenant (2%) and Miscellaneous (10%).

The Firm does not hold any legal aid franchises.

The Principal owns the freehold where the Practice is based. The demise also includes two flats for residential use and is valued at approximately £325,000. The Principal would prefer disposing of the freehold but might be prepared to grant a Lease.

The offices have a “shop front” that faces on to a busy main road with continual passing motor traffic and footfall. It is opposite a bus stop, within a small parade of shops and a short journey to London Underground and National Rail Stations.
