Currently, we are acting on behalf of these practices for sale:

This a Sole Practitioner Solicitors’ Practice with one office in a major Cambridgeshire town and another office in a medium sized Suffolk town. Our Client is interested in selling either one or both of the offices to enable him to concentrate on his other business activities. Turnover for the current financial year in Suffolk is around £675K. Turnover for the current financial year in Cambridgeshire is around £175K. Both offices handle general and traditional “high street” work although the Suffolk office holds legal aid franchises in family and childcare. The two offices hold thousands of wills, deeds and LPA/EPAs which continue to generate revenue, especially those involving high net worth clients. Both offices have phenomenal potential for growth. We believe these offices would be of interest to Practices who would like to expand their exposure to general private and matrimonial work in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. The Cambridgeshire office on its own would be an ideal for an individual looking to buy their first practice as this would be a fantastic opportunity because of the extensive will bank. The Suffolk office is also one of only two firms in the town so should be of interest to firms who might like to use the offices as a springboard into the expanding East Anglia legal environment.

Regional Solicitors’ Practice is interested in acquiring P I Practices, P I Files and/or P I caseloads.  They will even consider taking over the P I Department and the fee earners within a Firm.  In the event of acquiring an entire Practice, my Client would be willing to consider funding insurance run-off cover.

They are willing, subject to negotiation and agreement, not only to pay a lump sum outright for the files and the associated WIP, but are also willing to consider an interim payment followed by a shared payment on the satisfactory conclusion of the case.

All no-win no-fee P I work would be considered, including RTA, Clin. Neg. and industrial disease claims. No caseloads would be considered too small and any geographical areas in England and Wales would be of interest.

This is a unique and ideal opportunity for a practice that has P I WIP on their balance sheet and would be interested in an opportunity to release immediate funds which could then be invested in other parts of their Practice. Quote: P I Practice.
