Recruiting legal staff can time consuming and frustrating. At the Bottom Line Consultancy we provide a unique headhunting service that will help you recruit staff with the right skills and experience to help grow your practice.

We have extensive contacts throughout the profession and know solicitors, lawyers and support staff who are looking for a new challenge. We can put details of the job opportunities at your practice in front of the right candidates from amongst our combined databases of over 25,000 legal professionals' email addresses and the 15,000 solicitors on our hard copy mailing list.

If you are looking for a candidate with a particular range of expertise or a solicitor with a particular period of PQE, then the odds are that we can find that person for you.

We are not a recruitment agency. We charge a small retainer to cover our marketing and telephone costs followed by a success fee when the candidate joins your firm. However, because we offset the retainer against the success fee, you are probably still going to end up spending far less with us than if you instructed a traditional recruitment agency.
