One of the largest firms in South London / North Surrey is looking to recruit a corporate specialist with company / commercial expertise. The firm has with 13 partners, approximately 100 staff and is situated in a major Surrey town.

The anticipated candidate will have experience of Share Purchase Agreements, MBOs, Business Sales and Disposals, Drafting Contracts, Terms of Business etc.

Preferably, the candidate will have "City" or "West End" law experience. Although not essential, the individual may aspire to be a potential head of the company. The role offers immediate or future partnership potential for the right applicant.

Salary is naturally subject to negotiation, but will be in the region of around £40,000 for someone with 4 years PQE increasing to between £50,000 and £60,000 for a more experienced candidate.

The incumbent is retiring shortly and a reasonable hand-over period is anticipated.
