We are acting on behalf of an experienced solicitor at a well-established medium sized London City firm, offering legal services in the areas of commercial, property, employment, litigation, criminal, immigration and family law. They are seeking to acquire or merge with another law firm based in England.

Our client is genuinely flexible on structure, and is happy to consider:

• Owners keen to stay on and remain involved for several years

• Owners looking to retire as soon as possible

• Practitioners wishing to transition away gradually

A firm with existing LEXCEL accreditation or a LAA contract would be of particular interest, though neither is essential.

Location is not a barrier and our client is open to firms in any area in England. Our client is also flexible on working arrangements, whether home-based, office-based or a combination of both. The priority is finding the right practice to join forces with, rather than a particular financial position at completion.
